Fun Friday: Music Therapy Mailings

I admit it.

I like getting things in the mail, and I love my subscription to Music Therapy Mailings. I took a brief break from my subscription, but recently splurged on an annual commitment. I received my first envelope of the new subscription in the mail on Wednesday.

This time around, I decided to get the adult version of the mailings. Since I work with children and adolescents, I found that many of the things in the Kid subscription was not really all that applicable to my adolescents, so I decided to go to the Adult version (just to see if I can find more things for my clients). Here's what I got...

(Cat tail NOT included in the envelope.)

Before I go any further, I feel the need to indicate that I do not get anything from anyone when I talk about products or services. I do not have any affiliate links, so every thing I write is 100% my own opinion and is not motivated by any thing other than me!

This month's envelope included 18 hanging jack-o-lanterns, some Halloween clings, a small Halloween bag (not pictured here), an Autumn object collage, and a  jazz Fall Listening Playlist. The collage and the playlists are printed on cardstock (a MUST for me) and are NOT laminated. I like this because I like my lamination much better than the lamination I've received from MTM before. Mine lasts longer and doesn't crumple as easily.

I think that I like this subscription so well because it stimulates my creativity. I would have never bought gel clings, but now I have some that I can use. I would never have made up a jazz playlist, but now I have one.

So, now I am sitting here, looking at some new stuff for my music therapy library, and now I need to figure out what I am going to do with it.

Time for some brainstorming!! Hooray! That more than anything else, the renewal of my creative drive, is well worth the subscription fee!!

Fun for a Friday!
